Hi, in this post you can write about what you want. Write about something you have a strong opinion or notion about. Minimum: 150 words. I'd like to write about healthy eating habits or nutrition. I think this is a really interesting topic, as well as an important topic. Food is the basis of life. As time has gone on, I've become increasingly interested in the topic of diet. A few years ago, I read a book about sugar: its chemical composition, what it does to us, how we need it, how we don't need it, the sugar industry, and more... I've tried to let my life be influenced by the ideas of this book: Decrease refined sugar consumption as much as possible. Really, we can get all the sugar we need from fruit, some grains, and vegetables. Of course, the occasional chocolate, cake, or ice cream is nice, but these should be occasional treats.
